Pay Scale
The selected candidate will get a salary of Rs. 56,100/- to Rs. 1,77,500/- per month.
Exam Pattern
Eligible registered candidates will be shortlisted based on valid GATE Score (Not GATE Marks or GATE Ranks) in descending order in each category of respective subject/field. The assessment of the shortlisted candidates will be made on the basis of performance in two stages. The first stage would be a Written Examination (CBT Based) consisting of Objective/Multiple Choice Questions and the Second Stage would be an Interview as per the details given below:

Center of Examination
Stage-I (Written Examination) is tentatively scheduled to be conducted at the following cities. The candidate has to choose any two different cities in order of his/her preference. Efforts though will be made to accommodate the candidate’s choice of preference; however, the NIELIT reserves the right to add/delete/change any of the following cities depending on the number of applicants, availability of the examination centres in a city, administrative requirement, etc. No request for change of city or examination centre or date of examination shall be entertained: –
