Andhra Pradesh's capital will be Visakhapatnam, and Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy said today that he would move there "in the months to come." He appears to be sticking with the three-capital plan, which also includes Kurnool and Amaravati, the current capital, despite the High Court's ruling last year that it cannot make a law for that.
