On January 18, 2023, the SSC MTS 2022 Notification will be made available.
The MTS Recruitment exam format has been altered this year by the SSC. There will now only be one computer-based test (CBT) written exam. The MTS selection process no longer includes a descriptive paper. Here is the updated syllabus and exam pattern for the SSC MTS 2023 exam.

SSC MTS Syllabus 2023
The following is the subject-by-subject syllabus for the SSC MTS 2023 written exam:
Numerical and Mathematical Ability: Problems involving integers and whole numbers, LCM and HCF, decimals and fractions, relationships between numbers, fundamental arithmetic operations and BODMAS, percentages, ratios, and proportions, work and time, direct and inverse proportions, averages, simple interest, profit and loss, discount, area, and perimeter of basic geometric figures, distance and time, lines and angles, interpreting simple Graphs and Data, square and square roots, etc., will all be included in this section.
Reasoning Ability and Problem-Solving: The purpose of the questions in this section is to assess the candidates’ general ability to learn. Alpha-Numeric Series, Coding and Decoding, Analogy, Following Directions, Similarities and Differences, Jumbling, Problem Solving and Analysis, Nonverbal Reasoning based on Diagrams, Age Calculations, Calendar, and Clock, etc., will be the majority of the topics covered in the questions.
General Awareness: The test will cover general science, environmental studies, and Social Studies (History, Geography, Art and Culture, Civics, and Economics) up to the 10th Standard.
English Language and Comprehension: The candidates’ comprehension of the fundamentals of English grammar, vocabulary, sentence structure, synonyms, antonyms, and proper usage, among other things. Additionally, a straightforward paragraph and a question-based approach to comprehension testing may be used.
SSC Havaldar PET and PST
Candidates who pass the written exams are given the Physical Measurement Test (PMT) and the Physical Efficiency Test (PET).
The CBIC/CBN Havaldar requires a height of 157.5 cm for men and 152 cm for women. Additionally, male candidates must have a minimum chest circumference of 76 cm and an expansion of at least 5 cm.
Additionally, male applicants should be required to complete a 15-minute walking test of 1.6 kilometers. whereas the female candidates must walk one kilometer in twenty minutes.
