IPR Summer Internship 2024 | Summer Internships 2024 India: The Summer School Programme of the Institute for Plasma Research (IPR) will be held from 27th May 2024 to 05th July 2024. If you are interested in pursuing a research career in Physics and Technology after your M. Sc. / B.E. / B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engg.) (Physics, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics & instrumentation and Computer Science Disciplines), here is an opportunity to spend six weeks of your summer vacation at IPR.
In this programme you can learn about Plasma (matter in an ionized state) and its applications in nuclear fusion and industries. The course comprises of lectures on plasma science, nuclear fusion and industrial technologies and a short project related to Plasma Science/Technology. The participants will have to work on a specific project in association with a faculty member of the institute. This will provide them a huge opportunity of interacting with the scientists at IPR.

Stipend
Selected candidates will be paid a stipend of Rs.10,500/- for the entire period and a to and fro train fare (3rd AC) by the shortest route. A limited number of outstation participants will be provided with accommodation and local transport facility during the Summer School Program.No accommodation and local transport facility will be provided to the local participants.
How to Apply for IPR Summer Internship 2024
Visit our website www.ipr.res.in and fill out the online application available under Online Application SSP-2024icon. The application portal will open on 12.02.2024 (10:00 AM) and will be closed 11.03.2024 (5:00 PM). Form submission will be online, there is no need to send the hard copy of the application to IPR.
The following documents must be submitted:

- Undertaking Certificate from HOD (size should not exceed 250KB and it should be in PDF format only)
- Aadhaar copy (size should not exceed 250KB and it should be in PDF format only)
- 10th Marks Sheet along with CGPA conversion certificate. (size should not exceed 500KB and it should be in PDF format only)
- 12th Marks Sheet along with CGPA conversion certificate. (size should not exceed 500KB and it should be in PDF format only)
- B.Sc. Mark sheet(Mandatory only in case of M.Sc. Physics or M.Sc. Physics Applied) (size should not exceed 500KB and it should be in PDF format only)
- Cumulative marks sheet till last semester along with CGPA conversion certificate(size
