Education Qualification
Education qualification for various posts for AAI JE ATC recruitment is B.Sc. (with Physics and Maths)/ B.Tech pass candidates are required, please read the official notification to see the qualification as per the post.

| Junior Executive (Air Traffic Control) | Full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree of three years in Science (B.Sc.) with Physics and Mathematics. OR Full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in any discipline (Physics and mathematics should be subjects in any one of the semester’s curriculum). The candidate shall have minimum proficiency in both spoken and written English of the level of 10+2 standard (the candidate shall have passed English as one of the subjects in 10th or 12th standard) |
Note:
(i) Your degree should be from a recognized or deemed university, or from a top-tier institution like IIT, IIMs, XLRI, TISS, etc., as recognized by the Government of India. Your marks should be at least a passing grade or its equivalent for a Bachelor’s degree.
(ii) If the essential qualification is a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, candidates with a B.E./ B.Tech/ B.Sc. (Engg.) degree can apply.
(iii) Departmental candidates with recognized degrees meeting the required minimum qualifications, even if obtained through part-time, correspondence, or distance education, are eligible to apply.

- The online exam consists of 4 sections namely English Language, General Intelligence/ Reasoning, General Aptitude/ Numerical Aptitude and General Knowledge.

- Each question will carry 1 mark.

Pay Scale
The pay scale for the AAI Junior Executive post is tabulated below. In addition to Basic pay, the candidates shortlisted for AAI Junior Executive posts will be offered Dearness Allowance, Perks @ 35% of Basic pay, HRA and other benefits which include CPF, Gratuity, Social Security Schemes, Medical benefits etc. as applicable to AAI rules. The CTC per annum would be Rs. 13 lakhs (approximately) for the post of Junior Executive.
